Brittanie was the only one who picked up the phone after I called a dozen times. She quickly de-escalated me and ensured a smooth transition to the proper person for onboarding. Martha did a phenomenal job with social media account setup. Customer service (picking up the phone) has some improving to do, so I am looking forward to better treatment in the future. We are just now getting started so I will update more as I get service from imatrix.
